Envado is a unique online digital platform that provides resources to consumers looking for Financial Services (“Services”). These Services only offered to U.S. Residents over the age of 18 only. We do not provide the financial products or services described on Envado. This Platform supports third- party providers/companies to advertise their products and/or services.

This Platform uses technologies such as pixels and cookies and script that may have tracking capabilities or store your Personal Information. We utilize these to improve the Platform experience including saving your preferences for return Platform interactions.
Some of these technologies enabled on this Platform will allow Us to track Platform visitors engagement, and how you may arrive at and/or exit this Platform. This is executed by using tracking pixels that are pieces of code embedded in a webpage that will track the page usage activity. We use ActiveProspect’s TrustedForm and/or Jornaya’s Lead ID Script to independently document users’ consent to be contacted. These are used for website session management recordation for legal purposes. These scripts may be embedded on our Platform and collect the following information when you interact with the page(s) where the script is present: page URL, mouse movements and clicks, contact information inputted by the user, a snapshot of the page, including IP address of the user’s computer, time on the page, date and time that the script was loaded, as well as the date and time of the various user interactions with the page, and HTTP headers from the user’s browser.

Google Analytics:
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports Platform traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of Our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Children’s Privacy:
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We will immediately take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

All unsubscribe requests will be honored within 10 days of receipt. If you create an account on this platform, Envado will ask for consent to communicate with you via text as part of our Services. Message frequency will vary. Data and message rates may apply. To opt-out of text communications, you may text STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to STOP at any time. All account holder messaging and contact information is for the sole purpose of Envado communications and is not shared with other third parties.
